"kids only" sessions....San Dimas style!

My "Kid's Only" sessions are underway and I am having so much fun! I chose to do my spring sessions in San Dimas because the setting is so pretty this time of year, and it just screams spring! J and S (sorry, I want to protect these sweet kiddo's as much as I can!) are longtime clients of mine. I have been shooting them since they have been newborns and it has been so much fun watching them grow and being able to document that with my photography! Here are a few of my favorite images of the session:

"for kids only..."

I am so excited to announce a very special promotion this month called "for kids only..." I am running this shoot for 5 days only: March 21, 22 and March 28, 29 & 30. Spots are limited and the location I have is awesome... I want this shoot to be all about who your little one is...bring fun toys, props, dress up clothes, rain boots/umbrella...anything that will initiate FUN! I want this shoot to be as fun for your kids as it will be for me to photograph them! I want to bring out their personality! Think JCrew kids-Anthropologie- funky fun! Priceless.... How do you want to remember your kids? Here's the scoop: $85.00 1 hour photo session 2 outfit changes online slideshow (like you see below) There will be a post session consultation about 10 days after your shoot to answer any questions you may have about the ordering process. It is here that we can go over possible design options that would best suit displaying your beautiful images in your home!

meet Isabelle!

O.k...so here is sweet Olivia's sister, Isabelle. She would much rather be hiking trails and hunting lizards than playing barbies...don't you just LOVE that about her? Her eyes are soulful and her sweet demeanor made my shoot go seamless. We had so much fun! Check out the amazing Isabelle!

You did it again girl.. The 4th one down was my fav. but then I lost count as I kept scrollin down, You captures so many great images of both of them.. Oh yeah little red heads are my favorite they always have so much personality..Awesome

Amazing job! You have managed to capture the true spirit in both of the Alison sisters. I know them personally and with Olivia's photo's your able to show "an outsider" her shyness and sweet innocence. With Isabelle most people looking at her would never believe what a "tom boy" she is...but you nailed that too. I am an aspiring photographer and always enjoy viewing others work. Mark told me about your shoot with his girls. I love the color saturation you did on Isabelle's hair...it rocks!

meet olivia!

Her favorite movie is The Little Mermaid...favorite color is pink....she loves to play dress up, and this little girl loves splashing in the water and throwing rocks! She even casted a spell on me with her magic star wand....I hope it was a nice spell! We had such a great time together! Here are my favorite, but it really was hard to choose! Stay tuned for her sister, Isabelle's debut!

Julie, you ROCK! As their father, there is a certain “Spirit” in my girls that defines precisely who they are in my eyes. Other photographers have tried and heaven knows that I have countless photos myself without what I would refer to as success in capturing that specific quintessential look. You have done just that, not only in one or two shots, but frame after frame with both Olivia and Isabelle. Thank you so much, not only do you have a great eye and understanding of the art, you have a wonderful, warm way about you that the kids love and trust.

baby ME project: mia and megan

I am continuing my project with baby ME...today I had a shoot with mia and megan in a super secret location that i am absolutely in LOVE with!!! Aren't these girls beautiful?! And the clothes...you have to check them out at baby ME in Glendora!!!!

So I couldn't resist posting my son, Cole!
